Refund Policy
All sales made through the user panel or application are considered final. Once a transaction is executed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed unless specifically mentioned under this policy.
No Refund Cases
- Successful recharge, bill payment, or service completion
- Incorrect details entered by the user
- Service charges, commissions, or convenience fees
Failed Transactions
If a transaction amount is deducted but the service is not delivered within 24 hours, users may contact customer support or raise a ticket. After verification, the eligible amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited to the user’s wallet or original payment source, depending on the nature of the transaction and service provider rules.
Third-Party Services
If a service is provided by a third-party, refund timelines and conditions will be governed by the respective third-party policies.
Wallet Balance
Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable and can be used only to avail services available on the platform. No interest is payable on wallet balance.
